Thoughtful home management, built on trust.

Our Philosophy

Proactive, discreet, and personal.

We believe good home management is proactive, discreet, and personal. That means fewer clients, higher standards, and attention to detail that doesn’t need to be asked for.

Held to a higher standard

We work with a trusted network of local professionals and maintain clear expectations for how work is done and how homes are treated. Every decision is made with long-term care in mind, not short-term fixes.

Behind Fern

Cole Jensen, Founder

Fern was built on a simple belief, that a well-managed home should feel effortless for the people who live in it.

Before founding Fern, Cole worked in construction, with much of that time spent doing carpentry. That experience provided a firsthand understanding of how homes are built, how systems come together, and what quality craftsmanship looks like.

Fern was created after seeing how often homeowners were left coordinating vendors, following up with contractors, and managing details that should never reach them.

Cole personally oversees each Fern membership, ensuring every home has one consistent point of contact who understands the property and takes responsibility for maintaining it properly.

Get Started

A quieter standard

Fern was built on the belief that home management should feel calm, dependable, and unobtrusive. When everything is handled properly, it shouldn’t demand attention—it should simply work.
